Lazy 5 Ranch

Back in November, my sister's Sunday School class went to the Lazy 5 Ranch with their children. It was a lovely fall day in North Carolina with bright blue skies.

Austin, Blake & Michael

The boys enjoyed seeing all the animals

These two are best friends & regularly get together for play dates. They spend the night at each other's houses. They even made a Star Wars movie near Halloween. (I saw it...'twas cute!) Nice to have such great church friends. When they were younger, they quoted Psalm 23 together at their church program.

I can't look at animals or insects or plants
without being amazed by the creativity of God!

Michael feeding the giraffe - yum!

Michael with his dad and friends

"I want more! This stuff is sooooooooo good!"

I think this is the same place Sean and his class went to in mid to late November.

Animals are some of the best evidence for God I know of.

Just look at the platypus. Don't tell me that thing wasn't Someone's idea of a practical joke.

:)

Hah! My 'word' is 'mismact' - which is an awful lot like 'mismatched'! I rest my case! ;)

Great pictures of Michael. He's awesome!

I've read up on your last few posts but really, it's all a bit much for me to process. I'm not sure I have much to add on the topic. It would probably just make me a bit too frustrated and I wouldn't have much enlightening to add to the conversation. lol

Niki, that's neat. I hope he enjoyed it. :)

Amber, great word for sure!

Carmen, thanks! No problem on the last few posts. I know you are busy.

Michael is just adorable. I could bite his cheeks. LOL.

Looks like he really enjoyed himself. I love animals and I like what Amber said, they are the best evidence for God!

Sanil, thanks.

Suroor, I told Michael what you said today and he chuckled. Then I kissed those cheeks. Love that kid. :)

The more I look at that bison thing in the last picture, the more I love it!

Yeah, I know what you mean. He's so trusting of Michael. It's like he's saying, "All right, Little Boy, I'll prop my head up on this fence and open my mouth and you just fill 'er up, got it?" :)
